Try to have photos of your injuries and of the scene of you accident as soon as possible.  Report the incident to those at the property, preferably the operators and/or owners.  Seek medical attention.

Document the condition of the item when it was purchased, and the name of the manufacturer and seller.  Was it new or modified?  Product engineers may need to be retained. Document medical treatment if injured.

Similar to other negligent cases, factors to be evaluated include who is at fault, what could or should have been done, did the injured party cause or contribute, what are the injuries and were they caused by the alleged negligence?

You need to know the name and address of the owner of the dog that caused your injury. Report the bite to the police.  Document medical treatment if injured.

These cases have several components. Several experts may need to be retained.  Factors which need to be evaluated, include family monetary loss, and duration of pain and suffering.

Did the medical provider fail to do something which should have been done, or was something done improperly?  Other experts in the same field will be needed to render opinions.
